By accessing or using Agent Mounts ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Agent Mounts provides a secure data mount infrastructure service that enables AI agents to access authorized data sources through permissioned mount tokens. The Service includes credential management, access control, and audit logging features.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to access data sources you are not authorized to access
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or audit logging
• Share mount tokens with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service in violation of applicable data protection laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service

4. Data security responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your Agent Mounts account credentials and for ensuring that mount tokens are distributed only to authorized agents. You must promptly revoke any mount tokens that may have been compromised.

5. Service availability

During the early access period, Agent Mounts is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Mounts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
